120g Butter Mellted
1 Tin Caramel Condensed Milk
300ml Cream
1 Banana Sliced
Chocolate Shavings

Blitz the digestives in a blender until fine then add the melted butter and pulse to combine

Press the mixture firmly into your loose bottomed tart tins. Do individuals or one large one

Place in the fridge for 1/2 hour until set

Spread a layer of caramel over, then top with sliced bananas and then with whipped cream (soft peaks) garnish with chocolate shavings
