4 Thick Beef Burger Patties Or Beef Burger Mince
1/2 Iceberg Lettuce
2 Red Apples
120g Blue Cheese
Handful Toasted Walnuts
Olive Oil
Sweet Pickles
6 Burger Buns
Butter
American Mustard
Mayo

Shape the burgers to the size of the buns, make it a little larger to compensate for shrinkage when cooking. Rest in the fridge for 20 minutes to set before cooking, season and pan fry in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Add blue cheese on the last flip so it will start to melt.

Toast the buns by brushing them with butter and cooking them in a hot griddle pan.

Build the burger by spreading mustard on the base, followed by lettuce then cheesy burger Pattie then sliced apple and walnuts and top with mayo brushed bun lid.
