Ingredients

500g Lean ground beef
1 Grated or minced onion
1 Packet MAGGI Best Ever Beef Burger recipe base
1 ½ teaspoons Ground coriander - optional
1 teaspoon Ground cumin – optional
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
Olive oil, for brushing the grill
Caesar dressing
2 Small garlic cloves, minced
3-4 Anchovy fillets, chopped
2 Tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Sautee onion until soft and let cool down. Put minced beef, MAGGI recipe base, spices, salt and pepper into a large bowl and combine with the cooled onions.

Shape a palm sized portion of the mixture onto a skewer (soak wooden skewers first). Cook on BBQ on a medium heat turning frequently for 8-10 minutes until cooked.

1/2 lettuces and season, drizzle with oil and griddle for 2-3 minutes

When ready to serve, drizzle over the dressing and scatter with croutons, crispy bacon, chopped egg and extra parmesan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust to your liking.
