1 cup Ceres Organics Original Bircher Muesli
200-300mls Ceres Organics Coconut Milk
½ tsp Ceres Organics Ground Turmeric
½ tsp Ceres Organics Cinnamon
2 tsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
2 tbspn Coconut yoghurt
Fresh fruit for garnish
Smoothie bowl
2 Frozen bananas
½ cup Frozen berries
1 can (400mls) Coconut milk
1 tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
2 tsp Ceres Organics Hemp Protein
1 tbsp Ceres Organics Paleo Breakfast Mix
1 tsp Peanut Butter Hemp & Cacao
2 tsp Ceres Organics Hemp Seeds
Fresh blueberries to top (optional)

Bircher takes very little effort. You prep the night before, and all the goodness happens while you sleep. When you wake up, you’ve got a creamy, delicious breakfast waiting for you.

Combine bircher, coconut milk, turmeric and cinnamon in a jar. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

Add maple syrup and coconut yoghurt, then top with fresh fruit.

Smoothie bowl

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries.
