Ingredients

150g Oyster Mushrooms
8 Cloves Black Garlic
1 Knob Butter
Fine Noodles
1 Chilli Chopped
3 tsp Soy Sauce
Coriander
2 tsp Water
Pinch Sugar
10 Sichuan Peppercorns crushed
Seasame Oil To taste
1 tsp Toasted Seasame Seeds
1 Spring Onion Sliced

Pull the oyster mushrooms apart and slice the garlic.

Cook the noodles, keep warm

Heat a wok and add some oil, stir fry the mushrooms for 1 minute, add garlic and chilli and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Mix the soy, water, crushed Sichuan peppercorns and sugar together and pour over the mushrooms and add noodles, cook until warm and glazed, 2 minutes then finish with the coriander, spring onions, sesame oil and toasted, serve.
