Ingredients

Chicken Marinade
2 tbsp Gochujang
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
Kimchi Sauce
2 tbsp Gochujang
Kimchi Juice
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 drop Garlic Oil
Pizza Base
Mozzarella or Gruyere Cheese
Kimchi
Spring Onion
Coriander

Steps

Use chicken tenderloins or thigh or breast cut into strips. Mix with the marinade ingredients and allow to rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge. Heat some oil in your pan and cook the chicken on a high heat to caramelise and then reduce heat and cook through. Remove and set aside.

Kimchi Sauce

To make the sauce, just mix the gochujang with enough kimchi juice so that it's thin enough to easily spread.

Add the sesame oil and garlic and stir to combine.

Heat your oven to 250C

Top the pizza bases with the Kimchi sauce.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top of the base and sauce.
Now add the cooked chicken and a layer of Kimchi.

Top with extra cheese and slices of spring onion.
Place your pizza in the oven and cook until golden and the base is crispy.
Remove from the oven and top with corinader to serve.
