250g Beef Rump
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
2 tsp Maderia
1 tsp Corn Flour
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
1 Celery Stick
1 Spring Onion Sliced
1 Knob Ginger Chopped
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
1 Red Capsicum Diced
1 Red Onion
1 Egg
1 tsp Vinegar

Clean and cut the beef into thin strips

Take a bowl and add Madeira, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, egg, salt, pepper powder and make a thick batter by adding 1/4 cup of water

Add beef strips into it and marinate it for 10 minute

Heat a wok and pour in some oil and shallow fry the marinated beef, remove and keep this aside

Heat a pan and add some more oil. Put chopped ginger, garlic, onion, green chilly, capsicum into it and cook for 3 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, red chilly sauce, green chilly sauce, vinegar, salt, fried beef into it and cook for another 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped celery and spring onion and serve
