Ingredients

1/2 cup Ceres Organics Quinoa, White
1 can Ceres Organics Coconut Cream
4 Ceres Organics Whole Pitted Dates, Deglet Noor soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
1/2 cup Ceres Organics RAW Cacao Powder
4 tbsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Sea Salt

This recipe was developed in conjunction with our friends at I am Co.

Done

*Note, quinoa needs to be rinsed before cooking to remove the saponins.

Cook the quinoa according to packet instructions. Set aside to cool in the fridge for 20mins.

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with the quinoa. Process to a smooth and creamy consistency. (You can add a little water if you think it’s too thick).

Pour mixture into 4 ramekins and then place in the fridge overnight to set.

Serve with your favourite toppings such as nuts, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs or berries.
