One Handed Baker’s Easy Meatballs

Grate the carrot and chop up the herbs and mushrooms.

Mix all meatball ingredients (except the butter/oil) together in a bowl. Roll the meatball mixture into as many meatballs as you like.

Heat the butter/oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until brown on the outside.

While the meatballs are cooking, make the sauce. In another frying pan, heat the butter/oil and cook the diced onion and garlic together until soft. Then add the tin of tomatoes. Add in the meatballs and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serve over cooked spaghetti.
