Ingredients

Farrah's Crispy Chicken Tacos
1 Packet of Farrah’s Taco meal kit
350g Chicken Breast Sliced
1/4 Lettuce Shredded
1/4 Green Cabbage Shredded
2 Avocados
1/2 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
1 Tbsp Oil
Limes
Chipotle Lime & Yogurt Salsa
1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Chipotle Chilli in Adobo
1 Lime Juiced
Chipotle Lime & Yogurt Salsa
1 tsp Butter
2 Spring Onions Finely Sliced
1 Garlic Clove Crushed
2 tsp Mexican Seasoning
1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheese
1/2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Jalapeno Chilli Chopped

Pre-heat the oven to 180c

Shake the Crispy Chicken Spice Mix packet well to disperse the crumb and spice.

Drizzle chicken in oil and then coat in the Crispy Chicken Spice Mix.

Place the coated chicken onto a lined tray and bake for 10-12 mins or until golden brown and crispy.

Warm flame-baked tortillas in a dry frying pan on a medium heat for 10-seconds each side.
Tip: stack heated tortillas in foil to keep warm.

Build your tacos with lettuce, cabbage, avocado, red onion and Crispy Chicken. Drizzle with
tomato and Lime Sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Chipotle Lime & Yogurt Salsa Recipe

Chop the chilli, mix with salt and lime and some adobo sauce then stir in the honey and yoghurt. Season to taste if needed.

Chilli cheese sauce

Melt the butter, add onions and garlic and cook over a medium heat to soften, add
seasoning and cook again for 30 seconds to release flavours.

Add sour cream and cheese
then whisk over a low heat until melted and smooth, stir in chilis and garnish with a pinch of
paprika.
