Ingredients

500g Beef Mince
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
1-2 Green chillies, finely chopped
1tsp Ground cumin
2 tsp Dried oregano
Handful chopped Parsley
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 bag Danny’s pita breads, cut in half
Salad
Olive oil
Lemon
Feta
1/2 Cucumber
1 Ripe tomato
1/2 Red onion
Rocket leaves
1 Baby cos lettuce
Marinated artichokes
Black Kalamata olives
Dill
5 Tsp Greek yoghurt

Mix the above together in a bowl, add seasoning then spread a thin layer over the top of the pita and then grill for 5-8 minutes under a hot grill until crispy and cooke

Mix the greek yoghurt with the dill, salt and a squeeze of lemon then set aside.

Chop and slice the remaining ingredients and toss together with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, arrange in a serving bowl then drizzle over the dill yoghurt and serve with the pita bread
