Ingredients

1/3 Cup Spring Onions Finely chopped
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 tsp Minced Shallot
3 tsp Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Coriander Chopped
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Minced Ginger
1 tsp Sugar
8 Lamb Chops
Salt and Pepper
Steamed Bok Choy For Serving.

In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped spring onion with the oil, shallot, oyster sauce, soy sauce, coriander, garlic, ginger, and sugar.

Add the lamb chops, toss to coat, and cover with plastic. Marinate the lamb at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.

Season the lamb with salt and pepper, place on the grill, and cook, turning once, until lightly charred and cooked to medium.
