Ingredients

Pure Delish Coconut & Vanilla oat-ola
2 cups Whipped cream
2 cups Vanilla bean coconut yoghurt
Tablespoon Of coconut oil
Half Fresh Pineapple
½ Cup Frozen berries

Done

In a large bowl, gently fold the whipped cream into the coconut yoghurt. Take defrosted berries, mash slightly and add to cream.

Peel and cut the pineapple into rings (5cm thick) removing the core. In a gridle pan add coconut oil on high heat, once hot add pineapple slices and fry on each side for 1 minute (or until slightly charred).

In 4 – 6 tumblers, spoon layers of coconut & vanilla oat-ola, cream & coconut yoghurt and berries.

Top with pineapple slice.
