Ingredients

2 Tsp Sesame Oil
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Knob Ginger Grated
6 tsp Black Bean Sauce
2 Chicken Breasts Sliced
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
Spring Onions
1 Bok Choy
1 Chilli
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Corn Flour Disolved in Water
50g Bean Sprouts
100g Cooked Egg Noodles
Coriander to Garnish

    Heat half the oil and stir fry the chicken, garlic and ginger together or 2 minutes then remove

    Add the rest of the oil and stir fry the onion, chilli and pepper until softened, add the soy, pepper, black bean paste and chicken stock then bring to the boil

    Add chicken back and thicken with the corn flour.

    Add bean sprouts, noodles and coriander just before serving.
