Ingredients

750g Potatoes Peeled and Cut Into Pieces
50g Butter
1 Can Creamed Corn
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Onion Diced
1 Green Pepper Diced
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
250g Beef Mince
250g Chicken Mince
1 Cup Corn Kernels
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Paprika
60g Sliced Green Olives
70g Mozarella Cheese Grated

Steps

Cook potatoes in salted water over medium-high heat until potatoes are very tender.

Strain and add butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg, creamed corn and mash well. Slowly add milk, while you stir well to get a firm purée Check salt to taste.

Place oil, onion, pepper and garlic in a pot over medium heat. Sauté for a few minutes; add the ground meat, corn, chili, paprika and pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well. Let cook until meat loses its pink colour, about 15 minutes. Lastly, add olives and combine

Place meat mixture in baking dish, cover meat with mashed potatoes.

Add grated mozzarella cheese, put pie in oven and bake until cheese is crispy and golden brown.
