Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 Kumara – peeled and cubed
1 Can brown lentils
1 Red capsicum
1/2 Broccoli
½ cup (125ml) Reduced fat milk
1 Med onion
1 Med carrot
1 - 400g can Chopped tomatoes
½ cup Peas
½ cup grated Tasty cheese
1 packet MAGGI Mince Cottage Pie Recipe Base
1 packet MAGGI Creamy Potato Mash
1 tbsp Oil

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, lightly cook carrots and capsicum.

Add combined tomatoes, lentils and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring, add other vegetables including broccoli rice, simmer uncovered 10 minutes.

Potato & Kumara Mash Topping

Peel, boil and mash Kumara. Make MAGGI Creamy Potato Mash per the instructions on the packet and combine with kumara. Add milk to taste, for an extra creamy mash.

Transfer meat filling to ovenproof dish and spread mash potato evenly over the top.

Sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
