Ingredients

2 Thick Slices Bread
Heaps of Bacon
Butter
1 Egg Fried
Brown Sauce
Brow Sauce
300g Pitted Dates
1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Chilli
1 Orange Juiced
75ml Apple Juice
60ml Malt Vinegar
50g Molasses
50g Tamarind Paste
20g Tomato Paste

Brown Sauce

Mix everything together in a small sauce pan with 100ml water and simmer over a low heat for 1 hour, then blend.

Bacon Butty

Lightly toast the bread, spread over butter, top with brown sauce, bacon and egg, ENJOY - this is Britain favourite snack!!
