Cream butter and sugar together, stir in flour until it looks like bread crumbs, then press into loose bottom cake or tart tin – I used a 20cm Tala Square Cake tin and bake at 180Cfor 15/20mins until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly – 5mins
