Ingredients

1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
2 Green onions, sliced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Grated ginger
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Shredded cabbage
1/4 cup Shredded carrots
1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Lite soy sauce or Tamari
1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
6 Wonton wrappers
1 Egg (Beaten)

For the wontons:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

Heat the sesame oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the green onions, garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft and add the cabbage, carrots, and crushed red pepper. Cook until all veggies are soft and add the soy sauce and vinegar. Turn off heat.

Lay the wonton wrappers on a work surface and spoon about a teaspoon of the vegetable filling in each wrapper. Brush the edges with the egg and fold in half, pressing to seal. Lay on a parchment lined sheet pan. Brush with egg and bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned and crisp to the touch.

Serve the wontons with the MAGGI Onion & Sweet Chilli Soup Mix dip.
