Pear and Brie Quesadillas

Ingredients

1 Wheel Brie Cheese
50g Chedder Cheese
4x7 inch Flour Tortillas
Knob Butter
2 Large Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored, and very thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 tsp Brown Sugar
2/3 tsp Caramel Flavoured Ice Cream

Preheat oven to 200c.

Cut Brie into 1/4-inch slices. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.

Place tortillas, buttered sides down, on a large baking sheet.

Place some of the Brie on half of each tortilla and sprinkle some cheddar over, Top with apples and walnuts.

Sprinkle with brown sugar. Fold the other half of each tortilla over apple-nut mixture

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and Brie is melted

Transfer quesadillas to a serving platter Drizzle caramel over quesadillas. And serve with ice cream.
