Ingredients

1kg Pork Belly
1 Tbsp 5 Spice
4 Slices Ginger
6 Cloves Peeled Garlic
100ml Shaoxing Wine
50ml Dark Soy Sauce
50ml Light Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Sugar
600ml Water
6 Star Anise
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Tbsp Black Pepper Corns
4 Gau Bao
Chinese Cabbage
Cucumber Slices
Coriander
Gong Sauce and Crushed Peanuts
Gong Gong Noodles
200g Pork Mince
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
1/2 tsp 5 Spice
1 Tbsp Shaoxing Rice Wine
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
20g Preserved Mustard Greens
Sauce
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Gong Sauce
2 Tbsp Chinese Sesame Oil
3-4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3-4 Tbsp Chilli Oil

    Season belly with 5 spice sear in a pan then transfer to tray.

    Sauté garlic and ginger then add rice wine, soy sauces and sugar

    Add water and aromatics then bring to a boil.

    Pour into the slow cooker with the pork belly, cook for 2 hours or until soft. Alternatively use a pot to simmer on stove.

    When the pork is done, steam the Guabao in the steaming basket for 5 minutes until soft.

    Mix garlic, ginger, pork mince and 5 spice, cook down and then add liquids and mustard greens (mince should be broken up and most of the liquid evaporated)
