Ingredients

1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
Knob Fresh Horseradish
1 Lemon
8 Slider Buns sliced in half horizontally and toasted
Salt and Pepper
300g Eye Fillet
1 Large Onion Sliced
1 Sprig Thyme
2 Knobs Butter
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
10 Gherkins thinly sliced lengthwise
Handful Watercress Washed and Dried

Roast Beef and Caramelised Onion Slider

Done

Slowly cook the onions in the butter with the time until sweet and caramelised, 30-40 minutes. Then finish with the vinegar and cook until glazed.

Roast the eye fillet in a pan in some oil and seasoning for 2-3 minutes each side, then add butter and thyme and base for a further minute, remove and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Mix the freshly grated horseradish with the mayo and season with salt and lemon to taste.

Build your sandwiches with all the ingredients on your toasted buns.
