Ingredients

1kg Fresh Tomatoes Chopped
2 Red Onion
6 Garlic Cloves
50gm Ginger
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Bay Leaves
3 Star Anise
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
50g Fresh Coriander
1kg Chicken Thigh
1-2 tsp Smoked Paprika
100g Butter
100ml Cream

Smoked Paprika Chicken Curry

Marinate chicken with smoked paprika oil and salt ..keep a side for 1 hour.

In a pot put oil and heat once heated put your all dry spices n sauté over a medium heat.

After few minutes put onion, garlic, ginger and coriander stem, cook until it gets light colour then mix in turmeric and garam masala with little bit of water, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the tomato and cook for 20 mins then blend the mixture and bring it back to the boil, if too thick add a little water.

On a tray, lay chicken and cook in oven for 12 -15 mins at 300°c once done add to the curry and simmer for another 5, add butter and cream simmer for another 5 minutes  and finish with fresh chopped coriander.
