    Debone the chicken thigh and cut into large dice

    Add black sesame oil in the wok, then sauté your ginger and garlic. Add the chicken thigh and cook it until the skin become golden brown. Add in the season and cook it until the sauce has slightly thickened. Add in the basil at the end to finish the dish and serve.
