Ingredients

1 Medium Garlic Clove Peeled
8 1/2 Inch Slices Good Quality Sourdough
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Olives Chopped
Black Pepper Freshly Ground
1 Can Tuna In Olive Oil
1-2 tsp QP Mayo
1 Lemon
1 tsp Capers Chopped
1 Gherkin Chopped
1 Shallot Finely Diced
Parsley Chopped
100g Finely Grated Gruyère Cheese

Tuna and Gruyère toasted sandwich

Rub the garlic over the bread.

Drain the tuna and mix with the mayo, capers, gherkins, shallots and parsley and season with salt and lemon. Mix through the olives.

Build the sandwich by layering the tuna and cheese between the bread, then toast on a griddle pan until golden and toasted.
