Ingredients

500g Venison loin, leg or rump, sliced
Coconut oil
1 Medium red pepper cut into chunks
1 Medium yellow pepper cut into chunks
1 Medium head broccoli broken into pieces
4 Mushrooms, quartered
Sesame seeds to serve
Rice to serve
Sauce
1/2 cup Tamari
1/2 cup Beef stock
2 Tsp Rice vinegar
2 Tsp Oyster sauce
2 Tsp Honey
1-2 Tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 Tsp Toasted sesame oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tsp Grated fresh ginger
1 Tsp Corn flour
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Steps

Combine sauce ingredients and set aside.

Heat a wok over high heat and sauté venison in coconut oil for 1 minute

Remove venison from wok and set aside.

Return wok to high heat, add additional coconut oil and quickly stir fry the vegetables. Stir-Fry for 2-3 minutes getting some colour on.

Add meat back into wok with vegetables and add the sauce ingredients. Reduce heat to so that the sauce is barely simmering, sauce with thicken as it cooks. Serve over rice.
